The Industrial Training Levy (Construction Board) Order 1974

Abstract

The Secretary of State after approving proposals submitted by the Construction Industry Training Board for the imposition of a further levy on employers in the construction industry and in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Industrial Training Act 1964 as amended by paragraph 2(2) of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Employment and Training Act 1973, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:—
