DESIGNING FORMS
Abstract
One of the things all managers do is deal with forms. Not only do they have to fill them out, but they also design quite a few themselves. The forms can be linked to data‐crunching software such as a spreadsheet or database manager, or they can stand alone to be filed in a drawer. Whatever the reason, the design of the form is important. It must be clear as to what is to be recorded and where. The form's appearance says something about the style the organization wishes to project.
