EUROPE'S ROUTE TO GOALS

Abstract

The European model for business excellence is, with the Balanced Scorecard, one of the most popular frameworks used by companies to integrate strategic elements of management. Since the model was devised for the launch of the European Quality Award in 1992 it has evolved to keep up with the fast changing business world. Most recently it has been adapted for small and medium‐sized enterprises.
