Research and Development: An Important Reorganisation at the Air Ministry

Abstract

A CHANGE of the greatest importance has lately been made in the organisation of the British Air Ministry. Although the announcement of it passed almost unnoticed and was received with little or no comment, it marks in fact a departure from precedent of the utmost significance.
