Abstract

★ALLEN CLARK RESEARCH CENTRE. On March 20, H.R.H. The Duke of Edinburgh officially opened the Allen Clark Research Centre of the Plcssey Group at Caswell, Towccstcr. The research laboratories at Caswell were first established in November 1940 by the late Sir Allen Clark, founder and Chairman of Plcssey Ltd.—hence the dedication of the Research Centre by name to him.
