Equipment, Programmes, Techniques and Projects. B.O.A.C. has confirmed that the formal investigation into the causes of the engine failure on a B.O.A.C. Super VC10 in flight over the Reading area on November 7 1969 has been greatly assisted by the existence of data from the Epsylon Flight Data Acquisition System.
