Abstract

A ten per cent growth over the next five years is the key to the growth of British Airways anticipated by the chairman David Nicolson. “We are fortunate to be in an industry that can use such expansion, combined with the normal turnover of staff, to achieve the absolutely essential increase in productivity without major difficulty”.
