Abstract
EVEN people who have been for many years in civil aviation are somewhat surprised to learn that the number of movements at Oxford Airport, Kidlington, is usually equal to and occasionally exceeds those at Heathrow. Yet this is true and to spend some hours at that airfield is to learn what crowded airspace near the ground is really all about.
