Helicopter Overhaul Using Integral Dye Penetrant Plant

Abstract

An Integral Dye Penetrant Inspection Plant has been added to their standard range of equipment by Ardrox Limited of Furlong Road, Bourne End, Bucks. Intended for use as a laboratory or small produtcion facility, the modular design of this plant enables small components to undergo immersion, washing, drying, developing and inspection processes within a contained, compact area, without risk of spillage or contamination. The plant's versatile modular design allows users to employ fluorescent or visible dye penetrant processes, using either post emulsifiable or water washable penetrants. Additional freestanding tanks of similar design enable more than one penetrant system to be used when needed, whilst retaining the compact ergonomic design.
