Abstract

A poor summer in Brazil, and the cost of Aero‐Shell Turbine Oil 750 increases; a decline in beef production in the Argentine and the price of Aero‐Shell Turbine Oil 555 goes up. Such is the complex chain of dependence upon natural products faced by the producers of lubricants for gas turbines — wholly synthetic products derived in part from castor oil, animal tallow and other similar materials.
