Ground Movement Control and Guidance Incorporating General Modern Technology

Abstract

I was putting the finishing touches to my presentation and considering how best to incorporate so much in my alloted time of twenty minutes between doing a little surfing and sunbathing during a brief vacation a few weeks ago. The bay where all this happened is some three kilometres wide and is in a quiet area of North Devon on the South West Coast of England.
