Two Coat Aircraft Finishing Saves Money and Time

Abstract

POLYURETHANE exterior finishing schemes for aircraft have until now required at least a three stage process and, recently, even four coat schemes using an additional clear coat have been proposed in order to extend gloss retention of the earlier polyurethane finishes.
