Abstract
On 6 April His Excellency General Secretary Mikhail Gorbachev spent part of his afternoon touring the Watford facility of a Dowty company, CASE Communications Ltd. Mr Gorbachev, accompanied by Trade Secretary Lord Young, visited the company's highly automated offices and factory where he found out from company staff what it is like working in such an environment.
