3D Surface Measurement by Co‐ordinate Measuring Machine

Abstract

ANY Co‐ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) can probe points on a 3D surface, but not all can probe the relevant points and output useful data. Therefore consider first the objectives of surface measurement.
