Abstract

Data Device Corporation's new digital‐to‐discrete interface claims to provide avionics designers with a flexible means of driving discrete input devices from 8‐or 16‐bit microprocessors and data buses. This function has hitherto been implemented with discrete components and the highly integrated DD‐01616 will save board space and increase reliability.
