Abstract

THE Publications Division of the Directorate‐General for Information and Public Relations of the Secretariat of the European Parliament: now, apart from the fact that it must beat cock‐fighting, what do you know about that mouthful? Nothing? Well, you should know, at least, that one of its publications European Parliament: EP news (ISSN 0250‐5754) is despatched nationwide to numerous types of institutions, including your local public library—without charge. But, as all readers over the age of seven will guess, by no means free.
