Abstract

Cray Valley Products Ltd, of Orpington have introduced on to their range four resins supplied in trichloroethylene solvent—Synolacs 9024C, a short oil DCO alkyd, 9025C, a short oil modified linseed/tung alkyd, 9091C, a short oil air drying alkyd, and Synocryl 9045C, an acrylic copolymer. All except Synolac 9091C were previously manufactured by I.C.I. (Mond Division) under ‘Trilac’ or ‘Darlac’ trade names. Synolac 9091C is a CVP addition to the range which is envisaged will supply a demand not met by the original resins.
