Abstract

At the Annual General Meeting, held at Brunei University on 31st May, it was announced by the Chairman, Mr. Reuben Josephs, that the Association of Circuit Technologists has in effect, undergone a metamorphosis. After lengthy preparation of the case for a change of status, the Registrar of Companies finally gave his formal approval for the Association to become The Institute of Circuit Technology.
