Abstract

Among the highlights in section six on industrial relations and participation are: advice on developing trust in negotiations; a look at how Ciba‐Geigy changed its corporate culture, which included delayering and empowerment, based on its “Vision 2000” programme; and a case study of the implementation of a gainsharing plan at G.F. Goodrich, the US manufacturing company.
