Abstract

Before really getting under way may I clearly define two terms which will occur in this talk: recording schedule and questionnaire. By a schedule I mean a piece of paper containing questions, instructions, etc., which is carried about by an interviewer and on which the replies to the questions are filled in by the interviewer.
