Abstract

The characters mentioned in this short fairy story are purely fictitous, and no proprietary rights are claimed, if they resemble human beings in any way it is most remarkable. If they do not resemble human beings it is a reflection upon the members of the Institution at Petroleum. In the event of a dispute the Editor's decision must be regarded as final.
