The Lubrication of Mechanical Handling Equipment

Abstract

IN THE EARLY YEARS of the present century it would have been possible to deal with the existing equipment within the confines of a relatively short article; such an article would have been mainly concerned with steam‐driven cranes and shovels, lifts and elevators and the rubber powered catapult system of overhead wires used in large stores for money changing.
