Abstract

THE DEVELOPMENT of motoring influenced an increased interest in the study of the properties of lube oils, especially their antioxidant and anti‐corrosion characteristics. In recent times much effort has been noted in the manufacturing of different additives, which prevent oil oxidation and bearing corrosion, without harmful influence on the other performances of lubricating oils.
