Savings From Tribology

Abstract

THIS was the title of a Symposium organised by the Production Engineering Research Association and held in their Conference Hall at Melton Mowbray on 4th–5th February. Over 100 delegates attended and many of these were practising engineers, for whom the meeting had been designed. The papers dealt with fundamental matters and showed how engineers could make savings by employing a knowledge of tribology.
