STREAMLINING DRUM HANDLING

Abstract

THE 45‐gal oil drum is a mundane but vital fact of industrial life and provides the most convenient way of transporting lubricating oil from refiner to user—except where bulk deliveries are possible. Many million drums are filled, stored, or transported every year and therefore, where large numbers are used by one company, a handling system is essential.
