Abstract

In an earlier published work, I reported extensively on the environment of the Egyptian manager. This report deals specifically with the development needs and opportunities of that same manager. It is assumed that many of the Egyptian conditions are similar to other developing parts of the world and that the suggestions offered and the methods of analysis used would also help one perform more effective management development activities in other parts of the developing world.
