Are Business Schools Good Learning Organisations? — Institutional Values And Their Effects In Management Education
Abstract
The personnel function traditionally carries the responsibility for “running the boundary” between the organisation and the education and training offerings of business schools. The responsibility has never been straightforward, and dissatisfaction continues to be expressed about some of the present offerings. Yet current national forecasts reflect increasing demand on business schools.
