Deciding priorities or responding to pressures?

Abstract

Too many managers suffer from ‘inflation of time’; that is to say, they devalue future time by using it to solve present problems. Each time they put off a portion of their work to do at a later date, becaue they haven't time to do it today, they are devaluing future time in the sense that they now have less of it.
