Picking from the Management Tree
Abstract
What differentiates one company from another is not its level of capital investment, the complexity of its computer system or the amount spent on advertising. It is the people who manage these, and the many other factors that are critical to achieving commercial excellence. The author explains why companies of all sizes are turning to “critical path” selection to locate the management excellence needed to stay ahead of the competition.
