PertMaster Helps Change the Face of British Airways

Abstract

When British Airways decided to rejuvenate its image in 1984 it used a computerised project management package, PertMaster from Abtex software, to help them plan specific exercises within the implementation. Its performance and the various uses it was put to are described.
