Multiple choice tests: Analysis

Abstract

A previous paper outlined a modified format for sophisticated multiple choice items and contained reference to a 40 item experimental objective examination exemplifying this style. Invitations were extended to any interested parties to apply for a copy of this examination paper. I now wish to report that I have devised a special multiple choice answer sheet designed to facilitate the item analysis. This answer sheet is applicable to conventional multiple choice tests and may be of interest to all readers of this journal.
