Abstract

Cereals, brans, wholemeal flour and other ‘natural’ cereals and grains lead in popularity when it comes to the question of ‘health food’ consumption. 53% of the population sample foods like these although the majority, 71% of the population, shun such exotic products as mussel extract, royal jelly and lecithin.
