Abstract

Most housewives do not like to buy fatty meat. They know that most of the fat will be — and according to current dietary guidelines it should be — left on the side of the plate. A new method of cutting lamb solves the problem of surplus fat. This is much nicer to eat and also much better for us. All the bone is removed so everything that is bought can be eaten.
