Abstract
Pathology within the British National Health Service (NHS) is currently undergoing major changes which are causing considerable problems for the laboratory manager. In order to achieve results through other people, it is necessary to develop good leadership skills! Training in these skills is vital to prepare managers for tomorrow's challenges.
