The directors of Property Intelligence are pleased to announce the launch of the new FOCUS FOTOdisc. Developed as a result of the enthusiastic response from office agents, the FOTOdisc is a complete digitised library of 14,000 images of commercial buildings in central London (namely EC1-4, WC1-2, W1 and SW1) available on CD-ROM.

The FOTOdisc is searchable by street or by building name and number. All the images can be copied easily and pasted into documents, to enhance reports or particulars, or they can be e-mailed directly to clients, so they get the "feel" of a property and an indication of its physical characteristics. The FOTOdisc provides a competitive advantage, particularly when receiving enquiries from clients based outside London or overseas. Alternatively, the FOTOdisc can be used as an in-house reference tool, allowing you to "walk-a-street" without leaving your desk.
