The 2011 IEEE International Conference on Grey Systems and Intelligent Services (IEEE GSIS 2011) focuses on current research on systems theory, grey systems, rapidly advancing technologies in service sciences, emergency and risk management. IEEE GSIS’2011 invites researchers to present current research findings and practical experiences from the wide community which is now involved in systems analysis, modeling and simulation, forecasting and decision making, grey systems theory and practical applications, uncertain systems, service sciences, emergency and risk management, technical innovation management, etc.

All papers in the IEEE GSIS 2007, 2009 proceedings have been indexed by Ei Compendex

March 20, 2011: Deadline for submission of proposal for special sessions.April 20, 2011: Deadline for submission of full papers.June 20, 2011: Acceptance/rejection notification.July 20, 2011: Final camera-ready papers due in electronic form.

Copyright

Extended versions of selected papers will be published in Grey System: Theory and Applications. The editors of the journal will take the final decisions on the publications after the papers have undergone the reviewing procedure.
