ITP Recruitment, the rapidly expanding IT recruitment consultancy, has joined forces with 4front e-cademy.com, the applications, technical Internet and project-based learning provider, to form a new partnership in the IT recruitment industry.

The partnership will see ITP and 4front e-cademy.com provide jobseekers with training courses that specifically target the widening skills gap created by the current e-commerce boom. Aimed equally at those already working within e-commerce and those looking to make the breakthrough, the training courses represent a total solution, from training to qualification through to employment.

Steve White, ITP's managing director, commented: "I am very excited at the prospect of working with 4front e-cademy.com Their experience and expertise in the field of e-learning and e-commerce is indisputable, and complements our knowledge of the IT recruitment market perfectly.

"There is currently a phenomenal dearth of qualified IT professionals available to fulfil our clients' requirements in the e-commerce market, but together with 4front e-cademy.com we can provide them with the appropriately- trained individuals necessary to fill these positions."

Of the many courses on offer, the Site Designer and Applications Developer courses have met with particular interest. Says Steve White: "Although all of the courses on offer have proved extremely popular, these two, as well as the new i-accelerate course, have stood out in terms of customer demand. Our applicants are often unsure about which skills and programming languages are the most sought after by employers. With this in mind, ITP conducted a survey to discover exactly which IT skills are in the highest demand today. Armed with the results, we are now able to deliver the most appropriate and up-to-date training to our applicants."

Samantha Kinstrey, managing director of 4front e-cademy.com, was equally delighted with the strategic alliance: "Our team are dedicated to delivering to our clients the training courses that best suit their own individual needs. As a result of our newly-founded partnership with ITP, applicants can tell us exactly what position they wish to acquire within the IT industry, enabling us to select the course that will give them the greatest chance of achieving their goal."
