A maintenance and cleaning company has introduced a new learning-management system covering its employees across the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.
State Industrial Products will use Learn.com to develop a detailed sales program, increase efficiency and reduce time to proficiency. It will include web-based training and self-study courses. The company will also include its compliance and systems training, and manage its instructor-led training, on the same platform.
“We predict that we will gain 30-40 percent efficiency by reducing administrative tasks. In addition, the platform will enable us to provide our employees with the ability to track their personal performance”, said Ann Robatin, Training Manager.
