A directory-inquiries and information-services provider is boosting the internet-based training it provides to its agents, who work from home.

New-York-based kgb has selected Learn.com’s knowledge-platform technology to improve training for its agents worldwide.

“We needed a training portal that our agents could access round the clock, and that could provide a fast and accurate knowledge database”, said Sonya Tolson, head of global quality and training at kgb.

The company’s European retail brands include The Number 118 118 in the UK and Le Numero 118 218 in France, which have the largest market share in their respective markets. The company is also the largest independent wholesale directory-assistance provider in the USA.
