As Editor in Chief I would like to thank all of you for your excellent contributions to IJOPM. We are pleased to see the high quality papers that have been published this year. We are grateful for the reviewers of papers. Without reviewers, there would be no journal. My thanks also go to my excellent editorial team – Professor Roger Maull; Professor Andi Smart; and Dr Harry Maddern – being editors for IJOPM is a united team effort and we are all committed to ensure that the ongoing upward trajectory of IJOPM continues.
