Productivity training for Nigeria
In a bid to enhance productivity, a two-day training for effective performance was organised for top local government functionaries in Port Harcourt in Rivers State.
The programme, which featured researched papers from eminent scholars, attracted participants from the 23 local government areas of the State. The workshop was organised by the State Local Government Service Commission in collaboration with Enbanc Legal Consultant and was specifically aimed at the Head of Personnel Management, Secretary, Treasurers and Heads of Departments in the third tier government.
The aim is to make senior officers aware of the importance of, and ways of improving, performance towards higher productivity.
