Infotrieve, the provider of Ariel, the most widely- used Interlibrary Loan document transmission system in the world, and Fretwell-Downing, the provider of the virtual document exchange (VDX) ILL management system, have announced an agreement that will deliver seamless integration between Ariel and VDX, and will provide their customers with new Interlibrary Loan transmission technology.
