Pall Industrial Hydraulics has expanded its range of cleanliness monitors with the introduction of two new models, the PCM 120 and the PCM 130. All four of the cleanliness monitors in the range provide accurate on-line trend monitoring of cleanliness levels of a wide range of hydraulic system fluids (see Plate 14). The Pall PCM range includes the PCM 100 for hydraulic fluids (5-250 cSt), the PCM 110 for low viscosity fluids (< 10 cSt), the PCM 120 for low-viscosity washing fluids (< 10 cSt and pH 11.5) and the PCM 130 for monitoring the cleanliness of high-viscosity lubricants (25-500 cSt).

The Pall PCM monitors operate at pressures up to 315 bar and output in either ISO 4406 or NAS 1638 (ISO 12/9-19/6). All of the machines are user-friendly, reliable, self-contained and fully portable. They are ideal for the trend monitoring of system fluids, providing data that are consistent and reproducible.
