Article Type: Editorial From: Industrial Lubrication and Tribology, Volume 61, Issue 6

In this issue, we are pleased to present papers from China, Turkey and Bangladesh covering different aspects of our tribological interests.

These comments are written well in advance of publication but it is to be hoped that many of you met up with the Industrial Lubrication and Tribology (ILT) team at the World Tribology Congress held in September in Kyoto, Japan.

Certainly, there was great expectation of a well-attended and rewarding meeting which hopefully was able to demonstrate the truly world wide developments in the field of tribology.

As always, we will have been encouraging new authors to submit their work for possible publication. Equally important is the need to ensure that we have enough high-quality reviewers available. If you were not at the meeting and would like to join our group of reviewers then please get in touch with us.

We are always keen to hear your comments on matters presented in ILT and look forward to meeting you at events we will be attending in 2010.
