Editorial

This issue of the journal presents several manuscripts which take different approaches to the study of management history.

We begin and end with the subject of accounting. First, there is a review of education and experience requirements for the CPA degree; then, we find a manuscript dealing with the development of the moving assembly line.

Further articles relate the evolution of the book publishing industry, the evolution of product warranty, and the issue ends with another approach to the field of accounting a history of accounting for the translation of foreign currencies.

As always, we appreciate unsolicited single manuscripts. Moreover, we are very interested in discussing with colleagues their editing of a symposium-issue of the journal.
