Message from the conference chair

The success of the First World Congress of the International Real Estate Society depends upon the active participation of real estate thought leaders from around the world. We want to put together a program reflecting the breadth and quality of relevant, rigorous real estate research throughout the world. In order to do so, we need your support and commitment. Please prepare a two page abstract about a current research project, or send the completed paper. Every effort will be made to include as many high quality papers as possible. However, please indicate your priority for presenting papers if you submit more than one proposal. In addition, please consider assisting by chairing a session. It is an important and rewarding professional activity.

Panels also are an important way to stimulate thought and discussion about critical real estate topics. Consider proposing or participating on a panel in a specific area of interest. With your assistance, the meeting in Alaska will be the best real estate meeting to date. Plan on participating in as many ways as you can!

IMPORTANT! If you wish to participate in the World Congress please contact the chair no later the 15 February, 2001.
