Price and value: further reading and bibliography

Introduction

In this volume of the Journal of Property Investment & Finance, we have run a series of articles looking at the difference between price, value and worth and looked at the advantages and disadvantages of explicit and implicit models. These models were shown to be useful for “pricing” and, by testing the input variables, for assessing “worth”.

This education briefing is a list of useful reference and further reading related to this topic.
