The evolution of the global economy and global competition is now well established as a major shaper in the strategic business environment. Consequently new major players are emerging in the market place – not least of which is China.
Such countries face the challenges of the rapid transition in knowledge innovation and their thirst for new management concepts to make their industries and services more efficient and effective is never ending.
I introduce an article from our colleague, Dr Clare Sham. “An exploratory study of corporate universities in China” highlights some of the dynamics and differences that the evolutions of corporate universities are going through in China on the road to establishing “Ivy League” corporate knowledge status – plenty of food for thought.
