13th WOSC Congress – Future venue
The venue and dates of the prestigious triennial WOSC will be announced by the Director-General in our next issues of this official WOSC publication. Any comments by individuals or the representatives of the federated organisations will be welcomed by the WOSC Directorate. The last Congress, held jointly with the International Institute of General Systems Studies (IIGSS), was held in Pittsburgh, USA in March 2002. Selected papers from this Congress have been compiled into two Special Double Issues of Kybernetes (Vol. 31 Nos 9/10, 2002 and Vol. 32 Nos 5/6, 2003). The Kybernetes Research Award and Commended Awards were presented at the event.
