15th International Congress of Cybernetics and Systems of WOSC, joint with 2011 IEEE International Conference on Grey Systems and Intelligent Services at Nanjing, China, September 2011. The 40th Anniversary Kybernetes Research Award, presented to the author of an outstanding paper, is to be published in Kybernetes, together with selected, and updated contributions in the form of a special double issue. It is scheduled for Volume 41, 2012. Three other highly commended awards, to Congress contributors, will also be included. The Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence, for outstanding contributions to Kybernetes (see Kybernetes, Vol. 39-40), were also presented to the recipients who were Congress participants. A full report of the WOSC Congress and the presentations will be included in coming issues of this journal.
